5. Quality agreement (including defect rate and warranty period)

7. Common Risk Warnings

• Actual capacity under high-rate discharge can be significantly lower than rated capacity

• Usable capacity and discharge capability drop sharply at low temperatures

• Inconsistent IR within battery packs accelerates whole-pack failure

• Used or salvaged cells have no reliable life data
